„Massages online?“ you may wonder. I am not kidding you. Given the right circumstances, this can be done. All it takes is for you to have a massage partner. And if now you’re thinking, “Well, I don’t need you for that!” let me tell you that if you try that, you will find that having professional guidance makes all the difference. And I don’t mean watching a video, but actual, personal, real-time guidance. I will personally walk you through the massage and address your specific needs and questions.

In times like these, being able to unwind and calm down is essential. Lots of hard, physical work, spending hours sitting at your desk and staring at your computer screen, and a general feeling of stress all add up to making you tense and causing back problems. This is where I can help and you will feel all the better for it.

To be clear, those are couples massages, but there is nothing erotic about it! Also, for legal reasons they cannot be therapeutic massages.

You are a small group of two up to five people? Together as a group or individually at home?

What a great way of doing a class together! Let’s all meet up online for exercise and fun!

And it doesn’t have to be sports, either. We can have a virtual relaxation meeting to unwind and calm down.

You have a known diagnosis or clear symptoms that require kinesiology taping. There are videos to watch, but not all of them are self-explanatory or address your own, specific needs. You may also feel insecure about taping yourself. It is here that I can give you my personal, real-time advice to help you apply the tape meaningfully and correctly.
